Start with clean, dry feet, then peel the backing off a pad and press one firmly onto the sole of each foot, right over the center where the burning sits worst. Smooth down the edges so it stays put, then climb into bed and let it work through the night, the exact hours your feet usually keep you awake.
For the best results, make it part of your nightly routine and wear a fresh pair every night to start. In the morning, peel them off, throw them away, and rinse your feet. Don't be surprised when the pad comes off dark the first morning and a little lighter as the nights go on, that's your sign it's doing its job, drawing out what settled at the bottom while you slept.
